Meet Mrs. Riehl

Professional Background: I graduated from The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford (2012) with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (K-6). I then went on to get my master's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (2017) in Special Education (Pre K - 8) . I am a Pennsylvania state certified teacher with over 8 years of teaching experience varying from Kindergarten to 8th grade. I am currently in my third year as the 4th Grade Teacher at Mainstay.

Favorite Part of Working at MCA: I love the structure of the Hybrid Program and that it allows me to be a teacher and a mom. I also love all of the people that I work with and the wonderful teaching environment!

 

Family: I live in the Strasburg area with my husband and two kiddos, ages 4 and almost 1. We also have a silver lab named Dakota!

Hobbies: Taking walks, spending time at the cabin, listening to music, playing with my children and drinking coffee!

Favorite Verse: Ephesians 6:18 This verse is a good reminder of the power and importance of prayer.

 

Fun Facts: I played Basketball in college for four years. My favorite food is an Italian sub. I only drink iced coffee. My favorite color is orange.
