Professional Job Openings
Kindergarten Teacher - MCA is currently accepting applications for an anticipated teacher opening in Kindergarten beginning August 2026. Teachers are required to be on site Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 - 12:00 and provide one listed office hour for parent contact on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: planning math, reading, writing, science and social studies lessons, communicating at home assignments clearly to parents, engaging students in active and hands on learning opportunities, and teaching from a Christian worldview. All applicants must have obtained their teaching certificate with background clearances completed. Prior experience teaching in a K - 6 grade school is desired. ​

1st Grade Teacher - MCA is currently accepting applications for an anticipated teacher opening in First Grade beginning August 2026. Pre-Kindergarten Aide - MCA is currently accepting applications for a Pre-Kindergarten Aide position beginning August 2026. Aides are contracted to work Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 until 2:00 for the duration of the school year. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supporting the lead teacher by reinforcing lessons with small groups or individual students, assisting with classroom management, and preparing materials. Prior experience in a classroom environment preferred; teaching degree not required. All applicants must have background clearances.
