Admissions

Applications to the public will open mid-February and are considered in groups based upon the date received.

All applications received by March 2nd will be considered in our first group of applicants.

All eligible families will be invited to a student academic placement

and family interview at Mainstay after each group of applications are reviewed.

Upon admittance, the family will be provided any additional steps to finalize enrollment. Please be sure to review the student and family handbook

prior to submitting your application.

Hybrid Program Admissions Process

Step 1

Review the Mainstay Christian Academy website and handbook for detailed information on how Mainstay is operated.

No fees are required to complete the application!

Applications for 2026 - 2027

will open February 14, 2026.

All applications received by March 2nd will be considered in our first batch of applicants.

Step 3

After applications are received, a school leader from MCA will contact all qualified applicants to schedule a family interview and academic placement as the second part of Mainstay's application process. This contact will be made after ample time is given to review your application. Mainstay will contact you to schedule this.

A $75.00 placement meeting fee is due at the start of all

academic testing/family interviews.

Only one fee is due per family unit.

Step 4

Attend your academic placement test/family interview.

After the meeting families will be notified if the program is found to be a good fit for their student.

Upon admittance, the forms below will need to be completed and a $100.00 non-refundable registration fee per student will be required to hold the spot.

Please note - completion of application process does not guarantee enrollment.

Once classroom limits are met, eligible students may still complete the application but will be put into a waiting pool.

All classes are subject to a minimum number of students enrolled and may be cancelled prior to June 1st if minimums are not met.

In the event of this situation, registration fees will be reimbursed.
