Meet
Davin Orlowski

Davin has been married to his beautiful bride, Stephanie, for seventeen years, and together they are raising four amazing children. Their family lives in the Bird-in-Hand area and is actively involved at Calvary Church of Lancaster, where Davin serves as a small group leader of teenage boys. His Christian faith shapes his commitment to service, leadership, and investing in others.

Davin brings over twenty five years of combined ministry and educational experience, including five years as a youth pastor and more than twenty years as a school counselor. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with students, families, and community partners, providing guidance, advocacy, and support during times of growth and challenge. He values relationship-building, and strengthening individuals and families.

In addition to his professional and volunteer roles, Davin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking trips to the beach and the mountains, remodeling properties, servicing short-term rentals, supporting youth athletics as a father and coach through the LANCO Christian Athletic League, and engaging in Lancaster County Theater Organizations such as Servant Stage and Sight & Sound. He has enjoyed being involved with Mainstay Christian Academy from its beginning in 2022 when three of his kids were in the very first class. It’s exciting to see how this model has been a blessing to so many families!
