Meet Mrs. Wenger
Mrs. Wenger lives in Willow Street with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, reading with her kids, and staying active. Her family attends Calvary Church.
Educational Background
In 1999, Mrs. Wenger graduated from Millersville University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Athletic Coaching. She holds her master's equivalency in Education and is a Pennsylvania state certified teacher. She taught at Lampeter-Strasburg School District for 16 years in both first and third grade. Mrs. Wenger also coached high school track for 11 years.
After having her first child, Mrs. Wenger resigned from teaching to have more time at home. She eventually started homeschooling when her daughter was in kindergarten doing a University Model. Once Covid hit, she began homeschooling full time.
Mrs. Wenger recognizes there is an interest with parents who homeschool to be able to have assistance with curriculum delivery as well as for their children to be a part of a classroom with their peers where they can do interactive learning and engaging activities. What has been on her heart is to offer an affordable faith-based curriculum in a hybrid learning model.
