Meet Mrs. Snyder
Mrs. Snyder lives in the Strasburg area with her husband of nearly 10 years and their three precious children. Her free time is spent reading, drinking coffee, and catching up with friends. She loves spending time camping but Anna Maria Island, Florida is her favorite vacation spot. Her family faithfully attends Grace Community Church in Willow Street.
Educational Background
Mrs. Snyder graduated from Grove City College (2010) with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (K-6) and Early Childhood Education. She went on to get her master's degree from Eastern Mennonite University (2017) in Curriculum and Instruction. She is a Pennsylvania state certified teacher with nearly 8 years in teaching experience at the primary level.

In her early career she spent time working in Penn Manor School District as a 3rd Grade teacher and Conestoga Valley School District as a reading and math intervention teacher. The following seven years of her teaching career were spent at Lampeter-Strasburg School District where she taught 1st Grade.

For the past 4 years, Mrs. Snyder has been at home raising her littles. She spent the 2020-2021 school year homeschooling her oldest and leading a kindergarten co-op out of her home. She currently has a mixture of kids in private and public school. She is so excited for the opportunities that Mainstay Christian will provide for the local homeschooling community. She is passionate about finding an educational fit that is appropriate and provides the best possible learning environment for each and every child - whatever their needs may be.
